 2013 Badger Region Meritorious Service Award Winners Announced

Congratulations to the following individuals who have been named Badger Region’s 2013 Robert L. Lindsay Meritorious Service Award Winners: Jim Neave (Wisconsin Juniors), BJ Bryant (Wisconsin Volleyball Academy), Alan Capps (Eclipse Volleyball Club), Chuck McCracken (Advanced Event Systems) and Dave Schmidlin (former Badger Region board member).

These five individuals have been recognized for contributing outstanding participation, motivation and other services in the promotion of volleyball. We thank them for their passion and dedication to making Badger Region great!

  • Wisconsin Juniors Represent at the Junior Beach Tour

    Congrats to Sarah Dodd and Quinn Spieker with their first place finish in the 16s Patriot division at the Junior Beach Tour National Championships at Bradford Beach.     On Sunday July 21st, 84 players and 21 teams came out to support the Wisconsin Juniors Lose the Shoes Volleyball Tournament.   • Stephanie Karlovics and Marissa Grant Commit

    Stephanie Karlovics from the 18Elite and Marissa Grant from the 161 have both made verbal commitments to play college volleyball. Stephanie Karlovics has committed to play for Eckerd College in St. Petersburg Florida.   • Beach Camp Canceled for Today (July 8th), Rescheduled for Thursday July 11th

    Due to weather, we will be rescheduling today’s beach camp for Thursday July 11th from 10am to Noon. Wed and Friday will continue as originally scheduled from 10am to Noon.

  • Wisconsin Juniors Claims 5 top 10 finishes at Nationals

    The Wisconsin Juniors had 24 teams that competed in this years 2013 AAU National Tournament in Orlando, Florida and two teams (151’s and 18Elite) that qualified for the USAV National Championships in Dallas, Texas. This year we had four teams place in the top 10 in their respective divisions, with the 18Elite finishing in the top 10 in both AAU’s and USAV… Read more »
